Ceiling Rings, length: 270 cm is part of the Rings range supplied by Freewill for gymnastics halls, academies, schools and clubs across India. The basic ring set to connect to the ceiling directly. Rings made of laminated wood with plastic-coated steel wire ropes. Directly attachable to the ceiling. With spring element and built-in swivel for suspension from ceiling. Hooks and anchors are not included.. Length of the suspension with wire ropes and ring is 270 cm or 300 cm, as for the competition ringe frame. Not compatible with ring frame or ceiling ring system “Berlin”. Available from Freewill for stadiums, academies, universities, schools and clubs across India.
Strength work, safely supported
Rings demand more strength preparation than any other apparatus, and most of that work happens away from the competition frame. Wall-bar supports, power benches and adjustable ring sets let athletes build the specific strength for cross and planche positions with the coach standing at the right height alongside them.
