The Rings range covers the competition frame with its tensioning and cable system, laminated wooden ring sets, height-adjustable training frames, wall-bar supports for strength work, and power benches for cross and inverted cross training. Strength work, safely supported
Rings demand more strength preparation than any other apparatus, and most of that work happens away from the competition frame. Wall-bar supports, power benches and adjustable ring sets let athletes build the specific strength for cross and planche positions with the coach standing at the right height alongside them.
