A complete padel court system built around a hot-dip galvanised MS steel structure, 12 mm tempered float glass and 12 mm curly mono-filament turf. Every component — from the welded mesh frame to the jam-free tensioning posts — is specified for professional standards of play and long service life in both indoor and outdoor installations.

1.Structure
Main frame constructed using MS steel posts of size 100 x 50 x 3 mm & 80 x 40 x 2 mm, with base plate.
Mesh frame made from 40 x 40 x 2 mm MS pipes.
Welded mesh size 50 x 50 x 4 mm.
Angled lighting posts of size 80 x 40 x 2 mm.
Designed for durability, rigidity, and long-term indoor and outdoor performance.
2.Glass Panels
- 12 mm thick tempered float glass with polished edges and countersunk drilled holes.
- Ensures high impact resistance and player safety.
3.Glass Protection Rubber
- Cellular chloroprene rubber or EPDM rubber (40 mm x 2 mm).
- Installed between glass and metal structure.
- Provides shock absorption, vibration reduction, and protection.
